Synopsis
How do you know your girlfriend is not a spy? Has she really gone shopping, or is she on a jet ski in pursuit of an international criminal? When her mobile buzzes, how do you know it’s not HQ? The filmmakers behind My Girlfriend is an Agent wondered the same and produced one of the biggest blockbusters of 2009 in Korea. The film is a light-hearted blast, effortlessly spoofing Western spy movies and their mega-budget action spectacles, making great fun of everyday work chores like team meetings, and producing stand out Korean comic characters led by the Chief.
